A Farewell to Molly

November 4, 2024   |   Posted by: Truline News Reporter

There’s a big reason why Truline has a pet policy in place for our truck drivers: we understand that pets are family.  They provide great companionship during the long hours on the road, too. For our longtime drivers, their animal pals become part of the Truline family, too.

So it is with great sadness that we announce the loss of Molly, the faithful feathered companion of 15-year Truline driver Warren Wagner.

For nearly two million miles back and forth across the southwest, Molly accompanied Warren on every journey. No matter the load, no matter the weather, and no matter the traffic, the Indian ringneck parrot would be perched at Warren’s side. She could usually be found sitting calmly by a cab window, patiently observing the world as it went by. Molly was always a delight to see for terminal staff whenever Warren returned home.  She will be missed by all of us, and we all extend our deepest sympathies to Warren on the loss of his feathery copilot and friend.

Thank you, Molly, for being there for Warren for so many years – and for being a part of the Truline team.
