The selection process for this esteemed distinction was rigorous, involving an extensive questionnaire vetted by the University of Denver and confidential surveys completed by our drivers. Metrics such as safety, driver satisfaction, turnover rates, compensation, benefits, quality of life, and company equipment were all taken into account.
Out of all the companies that applied, only 47 fleets earned this distinction—38 in the U.S. and 9 in Canada—including industry leaders such as Landstar, Marten, Maverick, Werner, and now, Truline Corporation.
